All hail Brad Beatty, the winner of our 2014 World Cup Pick ‘Em contest! Brad pulled off a come-from-behind victory, as my wife Amy led the way through much of the Group Play stage, but Germany’s victory over the US this afternoon played a big role in the outcome, and helped him accumulate 29 correct picks out of the 48 games in Group Play, narrowly beating out 10 other competitors who all had at least 26.
Way to cheer against America, Brad… way to go (j/k).
